Only one mag every six months. What’s that about? And more than a month for shipping? In today’s day and age?

Caddie exists as a counterpoint to the disposable, always on, 24/7, in-your-face, flashing lights, get-it-now culture that surrounds us day to day. We’re also subject to the vagaries of the international postal system, which has surprised us at how variable it can be. But as a start-up independent print publication, it’s the only way we can get Caddie to your door without charging the cover price again just for shipping (each Caddie is kinda heavy). So unfortunately we don’t offer tracking – you’ll just have to trust it’s in the system somewhere, on it’s way. We know uncertainty is hard, and appreciate your understanding.

Having said all that, occasionally things can go awry – if you’ve waited patiently and your latest edition of Caddie is still nowhere to be found, please email fulfilment@caddiemag.com, or fill out the form below, and our fulfilment supplier will follow up your order for you.
